At Tarquin's Cornish Gin, we want you to be delighted with your craft spirits; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened bottles. Please note that due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Contact Our Distillery
Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage or errors.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with the correct distillery return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original transit packaging to ensure it arrives back at the distillery safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
